On August 23, 2006 Florham Park, NJ firefighters responded to the Brick Oven Restaurant at 162 Columbia Turnpike on a reported fire. Upon arrival fire fighters found that the fire had extended from the chimney into the roof area of the restaurant. Mutual aid companies were called from Madison, Morristown, Cedar Knolls, East Hanover, and Chatham to assist in battling the blaze. Photos By: Adam Alberti
