Atlanta, Georgia firefighters responded to 704 Durant Place N.E. at 3rd St. around 11:30 P.M. Upon arrival firefighters found heavy fire showing from the top floor of a 3 story wood frame townhouse. Second and Third Alarms were transmitted bringing additional units to the scene. Second and Third Alarm units staged a block away on Ponce De Leon NE. All occupants escaped without injury.
