At 0945 Hours Detroit Fireifghters in the 7th Battalion responded to a dwelling fire on Rathbone near Springwells.Companies found a working fire in vacant 2 story frame. Companies on the Box Alarm Engine 27, 33, 29, 34, Ladder 8, Squad 2 and Chief 7.
