Lieutenant Chris DiBella was recently promoted to Captain. He is assigned as the Passaic Fire Department Training Officer. DiBella's family and friends were in attendance as well as numerous members of the Passaic Fire Dept. This Joyous occassion took place in City Council Chambers.
