Just after midnight on August 14, 2008 Roxbury CO.# 2 and 3 fire and ems responded to Route 80 West Milepost 28.3 on an MVA w/Car Fire. Upon arrival I found a one car accident with the engine compartment well involved in fire. The vehicle was straddling the wall at the overpass for Route 46. The occupant of the vehicle escaped without injury. Roxbury Co. 2 fire fighters extinguished the fire and overhauled the vehicle. The vehicle was removed from the wall without incident.
