On February 10, 2009 Roxbury fire/ems/police responded to an unusual motor vehicle accident on North Frontage Rd. around 5:30 A.M. A tri-axle dump truck crashed into a home at the corner of North Frontage and Landing Roads. No one was injured in the accident however the home suffered severe damage as it was knocked off its foundation in the crash. The driver of the truck escaped death when the roof soffit came through the windshield near decapitating the man. The occupant of the home that was sleeping in the room that was hit by the truck but, luckily escaped injury. The Roxbury Police are investigating the cause of the accident. Photos By: Adam Alberti
